Cancellation Policy

I completely understand that life happens! However, As a small, one-person business, my time is very valuable and each appointment is specially reserved for you. To be fair to myself and other clients: • Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will be subject to a 20% fee. • If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, it will be considered a cancellation and the same 20% fee will apply.
